You can purchase a Gallery Extension for $30, which will restore access to your gallery for 7 additional days. $20 of this fee will be added as a credit to your account, which you can apply toward any future order. The remaining amount covers the Archive Fee, which helps us retrieve and restore your gallery from our storage system. Gallery Extension Pricing Extension pricing is based on the age of the gallery: Galleries from last year: $30 Galleries from two years ago: $40 Galleries from three or more years ago: $50 Older galleries may require additional retrieval and production time once an order is placed, so please expect longer-than-usual turnaround times for prints and digital files beyond our standard 4–6 weeks.
