Where do I find my gallery password?
For privacy, gallery passwords are not posted publicly on this page. Please use the password emailed to you or provided by Nashville Christian School. If you cannot locate the password, use the Contact Us link and we will be happy to help.
Which gallery should I choose?
Use Picture Day Photos for regular school portraits. Use Media Day for posed athlete portraits, team photos, banners, and buttons. Use Sports Candids for game-action photos. Use Candid Galleries for school events and special coverage. Use Formal Events for dances, graduation-related formals, and other formal school events.
How do I check on an order?
Use the Need Help With an Order? button. Please include the student's name, school name, gallery or event name, order number if available, and the best contact information for follow-up.
When will my order be ready?
Most school Picture Day photo orders are completed in approximately 2–4 weeks based on current workload. Timing can vary depending on the type of gallery, product, season, and delivery method. If you need an update on an existing order, please use the Need Help With an Order? button so we can look it up accurately.
What if my student missed Picture Day?
If a Retake Day is scheduled, students who missed Picture Day can usually be photographed then. Retake Day for NCS is currently scheduled for September 14, 2026. Details will also be shared by Nashville Christian School when available.
Can I still order after the deadline?
In many cases, late ordering options may still be available, but availability varies by gallery and product type. Some galleries also offer a gallery extension option that allows the gallery to be reopened for an additional period of time. Use the gallery link above or contact us if you are unsure.
I ordered a digital image. How will I receive it?
Digital delivery is not immediate. Please check your invoice or the website product description for the average delivery time for your specific order. Digital turnaround is generally around 7–10 days and typically under two weeks, depending on current workload.
Who should I contact if I cannot find my photos?
Use the Contact Us link and include Nashville Christian School, the student's name, grade if applicable, and the type of photos you are looking for. We will help point you in the right direction.
